Job Description & Requirements
· Oversee and manage the entire food preparation process and related activities.
· Design and develop menus featuring new and existing culinary creations, ensuring a diverse and high-quality dining experience.
· Approve and refine dishes before they are served to customers.
· Manage the food preparation workflow to ensure efficiency and quality.
· Plan and place orders for equipment and ingredients based on inventory assessments.
· Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance in the kitchen.
· Take full responsibility for hiring, training, and managing kitchen staff.
· Address and resolve any issues or defects in food preparation.
· Supervise and guide the work of kitchen team members.
· Estimate staff workloads and determine appropriate compensation.
· Ensure compliance with nutritional, sanitation, and safety regulations.
· Preference will be given to candidates with Malaysian or Singaporean cuisine expertise.
