Job Descriptions:
- Lead the planning and execution of airport-wide marketing campaigns and promotions with the objective of driving concession sales.
- Oversee the planning and execution of in-airport advertising and publicity assets, including obtaining approval from internal stakeholders, managing adaptations, and liaising with our production partners.
- Plan, develop, and implement social media and digital content that aligns with brand and campaign messaging to maximize visibility and publicity.
- Manage premium redemption and event manpower.
- Liaise with tenants and partners on promotional deals and assets.
- Manage customer feedback related to airport-wide campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in tracking and processing marketing expenditures.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Assist with other ad-hoc marketing projects and duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or airport environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
