Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and share the project schedule and follow up on the branch's progress.
- Assist Product Managers with various tasks, including demonstrating the platforms to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing UAT test cases and promote UAT activities.
- Provide assistance with production setups and address any related issues.
Requirements:
- Min. of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology .
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry with IT project PMO is compulsory. Candidates with working experience in Consulting firm will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience with global system rollouts is required, especially in banking environment.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements definition and UAT phases of system implementation.
- Experience in supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects is necessary.
- A strong understanding of the banking business is expected.
- Excellent communication skills are required for this role.
- Advanced documentation and technical writing skills. Good in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
