Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, market share, and customer insights, supporting P&L holders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Develop and improve forecast models to predict sales trends, market demand, and product performance.
- Leverage experience in omni-channel marketing and content management to enhance marketing strategies and boost customer engagement.
- Provide analytical support in tracking KPIs and commercial performance.
- Work with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align data insights with business objectives.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership, influencing decisions across regions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, sales processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with commercial analytics in multiple markets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other commercial tools used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions using data-driven insights.
