Job Title: Sales & Service Executive/ Manager


Job Summary:

The Sales & Service Executive/ Manager is responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for PV inverters in the Singapore market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:

· Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.

· Identifying and engaging potential customers including installers; developers and utilities.

· Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.


Customer Relationship Management:

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

· Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

· Addressing customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.


Market Analysis and Expansion:

· Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

· Expanding the company’s distribution network and increase market penetration.

· Monitoring competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.


Project Management:

· Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.

· Tracking and reporting on sales performance and market feedback.


Requirements


Education:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

· At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or electrical industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.


Skills:

· Strong knowledge of PV inverters and their applications.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Willingness to travel within the region as required.


Remuneration package will be commensurated with experience. Salary package includes basic salary + commission.
