Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis to maximize product accessibility and profitability.
- Prepare detailed market reports and present insights to leadership teams to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement market access initiatives effectively.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Lead the growth and expansion of dermatology portfolio in the regional market.
- Identify market opportunities, evaluate potential products, and manage product forecasting and pipeline strategies from pre-launch through post-launch.
- Develop product training programs in collaboration with Principals, Medical, and Commercial teams.
- Establish brand strategies, market penetration plans, and maintain competitive intelligence to respond to market changes.
- Analyze research data and customer feedback to align with market trends and boost product competitiveness.
- Define and execute marketing plans, implement campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness regularly.
- Outline strategic goals and priorities for products and communicate them to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the dermatology product line, working with clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
- Organize and deliver product training to local and regional distributor sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary scientific knowledge and communication skills to meet sales objectives.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
Job Specification:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Ability to independently manage complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing product lifecycles, particularly in the dermatology sector in the region.
- Strong understanding of market access strategies, pricing, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
