Specializing in the food and beverage industry, the company operates restaurants that showcase Hainanese cuisine, including the iconic Hainanese chicken rice, alongside popular Singapore dishes and Peranakan flavors. It proudly owns "Yanjiang Hainan Cuisine," a distinguished Chinese heritage restaurant chain, and the well-known hotpot brand, "Shufengjiu Chengdu Hotpot." With a wealth of experience in restaurant management, New Asia Lion City is dedicated to introducing more exquisite dishes to Singapore, promoting authentic Chinese and Southeast Asian flavors, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences to its customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations for both Front of House and Back of House to ensure seamless service.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize guest satisfaction.

· Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.

· Conduct regular quality assessments of products and explore new vendor options.

· Organize and manage staff shifts to optimize efficiency.

· Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

· Anticipate future inventory needs for food, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products.

· Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.

· Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive image; propose strategies for improvement.

· Monitor operational costs and identify strategies to minimize waste.

· Prepare comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance.

· Promote the restaurant brand within the local community through word-of-mouth and engaging events.

· Suggest strategies to expand audience reach, including discounts and social media advertising.

· Train both new and existing staff on exemplary customer service practices.

· Monitor staff performance, appearance, and hygiene to uphold standards.

· Implement policies and protocols to support sustainable restaurant operations.

· Candidates with experience in managing or working in brand chain restaurants will be given priority.
