Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of both physical and digital infrastructure
- Implement and maintain access control lists (ACL), audit security policies, and manage system user permissions to ensure optimal security.
- Ensure that the data center meets industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Lead the response to security breaches or non-compliance issues.
- Regularly audit security measures and suggest improvements
- Work with other teams to support security upgrades and implementations.
- Continuously refine security processes and protocols.
Requirements
- 3+ years in data center operations, focusing on security and compliance.
- Proficiency in managing security for servers, storage, and network equipment.
- Hands-on experience with access control auditing (ACL auditing) and security policies.
- Familiarity with data center compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience in incident management and resolution.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
