As an Operation Supervisor at UNITED LAUNDRY PTE LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry services in the Gul Circle West Region. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the laundry team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
- Provide training and development opportunities for the laundry team
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on operations
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning/laundry industry
- Proficient in using basic computer software (e.g. MS Office, inventory management systems)
