Position title : Admin Specialist
Salary: $2,200 - $2,400
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
Working Location: Woodlands
Job Scope
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations.
- Involved in project delivery by receiving clients’ purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing/ certificates and maintenance; responding to clients’ requests where necessary thereby ensuring smooth operations & maximum client satisfaction.
- Responsible for preparation of delivery orders, progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with clients.
- Responsible for monitoring clients’ payment status, and finalizing project accounts for completed projects.
- Maintain and organize important corporate documents, contracts, and records relating to equipment, operations and corporate compliance documentations.
- Manage and keep records of company’s assets within company’s internal system.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of clerical admin would be an advantage.
- Minimum GCE O level/ NITEC graduate or administrative field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word etc.
- Proficient in Autocad drafting skills is an advantage.
