Responsibilities
• Responsible for corresponding solution planning and design, technical proposal write up, business quotation & presentation, solution clarification, etc.
• Work closely with customers, engineers and vendors to address and track end-to-end solution related issues
• Provide consultation to upstream and downstream wireless presales and post sales and technical strategy planning.
• Conduct technical workshop with customers, work closely with services team for project delivery.
• Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for junior engineer(s), to ensure that the knowledge transfer is smooth and junior engineer(s) always perform up to company expectation.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with major in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in wireless telecom industry (LTE/NR/EPC).
• Good knowledge in LTE/LNR system (eNodeB/gNodeB, BSC/RNC,EPC etc)
• Vendor or Operator experience is essential.
• 5G marketing background or FWA related experience is required
• Have a good understanding on the operator's network technology and network basic knowledge; experience in 5G project operation is preferred
• Possesses good solution communication and presentation skills; more skilled work experience in solution sales is preferred
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent, good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers
