Responsibilities:
- Responsible for corresponding solution planning and design, technical proposal write up, business quotation & presentation, solution clarification, contract negotiation, etc.
- Analyse the competitor information to develop market insight and execute competitive strategies
- Work closely with account team for identifying business opportunities, conduct business development opportunities and follow through company strategy.
- Responsible for at least mid-high level customer relationship management.
- Conduct technical workshop for customers, analyse the existing problems and challenges of customers' existing networks, combined with industry development trends, to put forward future-oriented network design & solution.
- Work closely with customers, engineers and vendors to address and track end-to-end solution related issues.
- Responsible for project tasks assigned and to handle the tasks well within the given schedules.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for junior engineer(s), to ensure that the knowledge transfer is smooth and junior engineer(s) always perform up to company expectation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in telecom industry with fix network solution(datacom/dwdm/pon or sdn controller etc.) and technology understanding.
- Minimum 5 years of projects management experience in fix network domain.Minimum 3 years of projects E2E solution design (HLD/OLD) experience on fixed network domain
- Vendor or Operator experience is essential.
- 5G knowledge and related project experiences is preferred.
- Knowledge about Huawei fix network solutions and products is preferred.
- Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
- Experience in pre-sales, bidding / service sale is preferred
- Experience in marketing & sales will be an added advantage.
- Good product/solution presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.
