Job Description:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, including A&A, renovation works, etc., for our client.
- You will assist in preparing and submitting cost estimates, proposals, drawings (if needed), and advising on any agency requirements for submission to the client.
- You will ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet high-quality standards.
- You will assist your supervisor in monitoring the project master list for monthly and/or regular updates to the Site Manager and Client.
- You will provide regular updates and reports on project progress, timelines, and targets to your supervisor and the client.
- You will manage contractor deliverables, addressing any project challenges and advising the client on issues that arise.
- You are responsible for conducting inspections, verifying work completion, issuing handover certificates, and certifying invoices.
- You will track administrative documents, such as NC letters and authority submissions.
- You will handle any additional duties assigned by your supervisor.
- You will assist the client in drafting and preparing Invitations to Quote and/or Tender documents, as well as evaluation reports, when required.
- You will maintain effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders, ensuring everyone is well-informed of project developments.
- You will liaise closely with appointed consultants and contractors to ensure proper project handover and takeover.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Facilities Management, Project Management or relevant.
