JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
•
Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
•
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
•
Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
•
Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
•
Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
REQUIREMENTS:
•
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
•
At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
