JOB DESCRIPTION:
•
Review drawings and scope of works, resolve technical issues with clients and subcontractors.
•
Monitor overall site progress, schedule critical work paths to avoid delay in project schedule.
•
Ensure specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule.
•
Plan work activities and ensure they are carried out in safe working environment.
•
Manage and supervise site workforce.
•
Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly progress/construction report.
Job Requirements:
•
Minimum 1-year relevant experience in building construction environment.
•
Basic knowledge in construction planning.
•
Proficient in MS Office and schedule reporting.
•
Ability to work independently and within a team.
