JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Recommend and demonstrate skincare and products to customers.
- Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
- Perform mini facials and hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
- Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships
- Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Continuously seek to improve the product knowledge, and act as an expert for the customer
- Conduct brand/product training to peers when required
- Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
- Makeup artistry or skincare certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Fast-paced and collaborative working style
