Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day financial control, accounting and reporting functions in compliance with approved accounting regulations, standards and practices.
• Responsible for preparing financial and management reports.
• Able to handle full set of accounts and monthly / yearly closing.
• Able to handle GST and corporate tax matters
• Liaise with auditors.
• Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience in handling full set of accounts
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in construction/real estate industry is a plus
• Self motivated, results oriented and multi-task
• Familiar with Accpac Accounting software preferred
• Meticulous with a flair for figures, independent & organized, team player, with initiative & resourceful
• Great working attitude and being able to work well in a team
• Good Communication skill
