Job Description / Key Requirements:
Role : Digital Technical Head of Delivery– Banking
- A degree in Computer Science and/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in a technical delivery management in IT services organisations delivery Digital Banking projects engagements.
- Must have hands-on experience and understanding of Agile and Agile ways of working.
- Must have hands-on experience working in Tech delivery projects end-to-end.
- Working experience in banking industry is a must.
- Successful track record in end-to-end delivery and technical project management.
- Must have a good track record of key stakeholder management for technical project management.
- 10+ years of experience in technical projects tracking, reporting and governance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge in various Quality frameworks and methodologies.
- Understanding of financial reporting and resources management including managing resources on bench

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical delivery leadership to deliver technology projects on time and within budget for banking domain.
- Responsible for end-to-end customer satisfaction and overall technical delivery management.
- Actively engage with client stakeholders and technical teams for projects throughout the project life cycle including estimations, scoping, design, development, SIT, UAT and product demo sign offs.
- Engage with in-house functional and technical teams to deliver projects throughout the project life cycle.
- Actively involved in project resources identification and resource mapping for deliver the projects.
- Complete ownership for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
- Able to identify delivery gaps and ensure capacity management for quick resolutions.
- Responsible for projects financial and projects tracking.
- Act as an advisor to client stakeholders and technical teams on projects delivery management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to client delivery governance models.
- Overall ownership of technical delivery for multiple projects
- Good understanding of Digital Banking and Agile Ways of Working.
- Responsible for client stakeholder technical relationship management.
