· Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering.
· Min. 10 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
· Able to work independently, carry out presentation/costing to management.
· Preparation of tender submission and ensuring that tender submission is in order.
· Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management’s direction.
· Attend site show round, interviews, meeting.
· Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
· Interpret, review engineering documents such as specifications, drawings and scope of work.
· Taking off quantities and calling of quotations.
· Preparation of Bill of Quantities, detail pricing breakdown, cost comparison and cost summary.
· Tender and Contract Administration.
