- Overall accountable to an area or portfolio assigned (which consists of several outlets) including P&L, fulfillment of targets, SOPs, and policies of the company
- Direct and manage stalls according to the company's SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Coach outlet in charge and train the service crew on food handling, service attitude, and delivering good customer experience
- Work closely with tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
- Manage centres according to budget with responsibility for creating and executing plans to sustain profitability
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Observe and comply with the standards and expectations
- Drive sales and provide routine/ monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Conduct investigations & prepare reports for all incidents that happened at the outlets and put up recommendations
- Manage staff performance and disciplinary issues with HRBP
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues
- Work on projects assigned by the Lead
