Job Description:
- The Leadership and Organisation Division (L&OD) comprises three units: Organisation Development, Leadership Development and Learning.
- Provide system support for the company Learning Management System:
- Create course items and classes on learning management system
- Maintain and update course master list
- Create collections
- Add to staff’s learning history for classes which have concluded
- Enroll staff into classes where required
- Assist with migration of learning history data
- Prepare training application reports upon request
- Handle generic staff queries received in the Corporate Learning mailbox.
- Provide administrative support in codifying Corporate competencies into given templates.
- Assist in administrative and logistical support for setting up of physical in-person training sessions, including sending and collating invitations, attendance registration, training venue setup, feedback/evaluation collation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, HR or other related disciplines.
- Meticulous, service-oriented and able to work independently to get things done.
- Able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of applications, in particular MS Excel and its related functions and features.
- Comfortable in learning and using new systems. Familiarity with Success factors’ Learning module is a plus.
- Experienced in providing administrative and logistical support.
- A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
