Duration: 6 months
Location: Buona Vista/One-North
Responsibilities
1. Provide system support for the Learning Management System (LMS) such as
- Courses and class creation in LMS
- Update course master list
- Staff enrolement
- Migration of data
- Preparing training application report
2. Handle employee queries in the General Mailbox
3. Provide admin support to compile Corporate competencies into given templates
4. Other admin support such as training venue set-up, sending & collating invites, registration of attendees, gather feedback
Requirements
- Diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Familiar with Success factors' Learning Module is a plus
- Team player that is experienced in providing admin and logistic support
