Administrative Support
- Handle a variety of general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies and place orders for stationery to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
- Coordinate courier services as needed.
- Manage calendars and assist in booking meeting rooms.
- Maintain employee records and prepare usage reports for utilities, telecommunications, and office equipment.
- Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and luncheons.
- Assist General Workers with their claims and follow up on any unpaid claims.
- Update dormitory records to track worker movements.
- Monitor and track employee timesheets on a weekly basis.
Reception Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails to ensure timely delivery and responses.
- Keep the reception area tidy, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support to various departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
