Administrative Support

  • Handle a variety of general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee office supplies and place orders for stationery to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
  • Coordinate courier services as needed.
  • Manage calendars and assist in booking meeting rooms.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare usage reports for utilities, telecommunications, and office equipment.
  • Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and luncheons.
  • Assist General Workers with their claims and follow up on any unpaid claims.
  • Update dormitory records to track worker movements.
  • Monitor and track employee timesheets on a weekly basis.

Reception Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails to ensure timely delivery and responses.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
