Job Description
This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance and communications needs of projects
- Provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members.
- Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software.
- Draft outline and detailed drawing(S) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement.
- Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing.
- Documentation control relating to all project activities at site.
- Oversee project procurement management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/ Project Manager.
Requirements
- Experience in the related field is highly welcomed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD software and Revit.
