Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team in the management of global customers.
- Provide support to customers in terms of enquiries, quotations and reports.
- Assist in RFQ process.
- Maintenance of CRM records which includes client and prospect information.
- Responsible for statistics and data collation.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Perform other duties assigned by HOD.
Job Requirement
- Tertiary qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communications skill, resourceful, creative and willing to learn.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment in assigned tasks.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and demonstrate good teamwork.
