The Role
Responsibilities
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the clients and the project team.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage the project execution, ensuring that the tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Communicate and coordinate with the clients, the project team, and other stakeholders regularly, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.
- Identify and manage the project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary and implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, and report on the project status and outcomes.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with client expectations and requirements, and that they meet quality and compliance standards.
- Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and feedback collection.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects involving multiple tools and systems.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and other project management software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
This role will be based in Singapore.
