About the Client:
Our client is a System Integrator.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Maintenance and Operation Support for Data Center Common Infrastructure.
- Assess & implement SR/CR within the stipulated SLA.
- Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to management.
- Support and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
- Assist in problem/incident resolution and determination.
Skills/Requirement
- Must have technical knowledge of Data centers, virtualization, and cloud technology -VMWare, AWS, Azure.
- Must have technical knowledge red hat Linux and Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management.
- Knowledge of IT lifecycle management.
