Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team at a recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on telesales to clients and support general administrative tasks related to work passes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telesales to existing and potential clients
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets with client information and interactions
  • Assist in processing work pass applications and related administrative tasks
  • Handle general inquiries related to work passes
  • Support the team with any additional administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, particularly in client interactions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus
