Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our team at a recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on telesales to clients and support general administrative tasks related to work passes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales to existing and potential clients
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with client information and interactions
- Assist in processing work pass applications and related administrative tasks
- Handle general inquiries related to work passes
- Support the team with any additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, particularly in client interactions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is a plus
