Job Description:
- Supervise electrical maintenance activities of the site to ensure uninterrupted availability of support services to the plant
- Ensure timely response to issues such as electrical outages, breakdowns, and plan for contingencies
- Complete timely PMs and perform scheduled inspection for all electrical equipment
- Attend to emergency calls when needed
- Prior working experience with CMMS (Maximo) and MS Office
- Ensure that all work orders are completed, and updates provided in the CMMS on time.
- Perform risk assessment of maintenance activities in conjunction with other stakeholders like engineers, operators, EHS personnel.
- Maintain a high level of Safety and cGMP compliance during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Provide feedback on maintenance issues and trends associated with failures and root causes.
- Actively participate in implementation of CAPAs. troubleshooting, plant and equipment improvements.
