Job Description
- Arrange and set appointments for vehicles due for servicing and inspection
- Answering and assisting customers for breakdowns / issues of vehicles
- Monitor renewing of Road Tax in timely manner
- Closing of files in the system in a timely manner when vehicles returned
- Filing of documents ( in&out/summons/De-reg/transfer of ownership)
- Other ad-hoc assigned by the operation manager
Job Requirement
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration holder
- Familarity with LTA procedure preferred
- Good oral communication and written skills
- Proficient in MS Office
