- Build and manage the end-to-end data programme, project plans, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Identify risks and issues and proactively resolve/mitigate them. Ensure that the projects are delivered to time, cost and quality (e.g.LOIs as a programme)
- Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered by agreed LOIs. Be responsible for benefits realisation, and ensure that benefits are delivered
- Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with project stakeholders (e.g.updates at SMM)
- Oversee the Data Analytics Environment (DAEv2), collaborating with D@EC, ensuring it is equipped with necessary resources, up-to-date, efficient, and aligns with industry best practices while bridging business units and tech requirements for effective collaboration.
- Lead the in-house transition of counter fraud capabilities, manage FAM project duties, oversee LOI delivery, and align with organizational goals for effective counter fraud operations by June 2024.
