Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist operation team to check, accurately record (data entry), update and maintain all digital form submissions in Sharepoint
- Create and update into Stakeholding system for new form submissions or amendments
- Handle queue/walk in enquiries
- Assist customers/Members of the Public with online payments
- Perform data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time
Work Schedule:
- Monthly Salary: $2390/Month
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
- Contract Duration: 11 Months
- Location: City Hall
Job Requirement:
- Computer literacy (must be familiar with MS Sharepoint, MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel)
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
- Able to work independently as well as a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Training will be provided.
