Job Description
• Install and configure most complex information systems and associated hardware in accordance with technical specifications.
• Communicate with system users. Efficiently investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve system problems. When necessary, escalate system problems to more senior staff.
• May coach or provide guidance to lower-level support analysts.
• Meeting end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.
• Acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for/responding to service outages and other problems.
• Automating routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.
Requirements
• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
