Job Responsibilities
1. System Design and Development

- Communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
5. Optimization and Improvement
- Continuously improve motion control systems for better efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in motion control technology.
- Implement feedback from field tests and customer use to refine system designs.
6. Project Management
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineers to align with project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Technical Skills
- Proficiency in motion control technologies and principles.
- Experience with CAD software for designing mechanical and electrical components.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C/C++, MATLAB, Python) for developing control algorithms.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.

3. Education and Experience
