Job Description
- Undertake precast concrete proposal
- Provide quality check on shop drawings
- Liaise with respective parties for precast/project related issues from inception to completion of project
- Overall project planning and management to meet time, cost, and quality objectives
- Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally.
- Effectively plan and manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by making the right decision to maximize the results.
- Daily equipment maintenance work plan
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/Higher National ITE Certificate in Technology Civil & Structural Engineering Design
- At least five years of related working experience in Precast Concrete
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of automation preferred
- Confident in analysing and solving production-related problems and demonstrating strong leadership in managing / supervising manpower and collaborating with other departments.
- Able to work independently and in a team
