Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
- Provide assistance with recruitment such as posting of job advertisements, phone call interviews, scheduling interviews etc
- Assist with the onboarding process such as carrying out the new staff orientation program, introducing the new hire to current employees, preparation of documents etc
- Maintains and update HR database
- Assist with the offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signing of documents
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign workers
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
- Arranging for classes/courses for newly hired employees
- Planning of company events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc
- Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field would be preferred
- No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, team player with good people skills
- High level of discretion with company confidential material
