Job Info:

  • Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
  • 5 Mins walk from Joo Koon MRT

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • Provide assistance with recruitment such as posting of job advertisements, phone call interviews, scheduling interviews etc
  • Assist with the onboarding process such as carrying out the new staff orientation program, introducing the new hire to current employees, preparation of documents etc
  • Maintains and update HR database
  • Assist with the offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signing of documents
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes for foreign workers
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Executives
  • Arranging for classes/courses for newly hired employees
  • Planning of company events such as Chinese New Year, Christmas etc
  • Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field would be preferred
  • No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated, team player with good people skills
  • High level of discretion with company confidential material
