- Measurement of quantities, contract administration, preparing progress claims
- Deal with clients in relation to claims and contract issues
- Taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities
- Evaluate tenders, manage contracts
- Verify sub-contractor variation orders and resolve the dispute issues
- Attend site meeting and monitoring the construction activities
- Finalize account with sub-contractor
