Talent Acquisition Partner, Japanese Speaker
Our client is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive the expansion of their Business teams across the APAC region. In this role, you will play a key part in their growth by leveraging data insights to support hiring processes and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Focus: Primarily hire for the Japan team while assisting other APAC markets.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract top talent and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Journey: Oversee the candidate experience from initial engagement to offer stage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Data Insights: Provide market and talent pool insights to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
- Global Teamwork: Collaborate with a worldwide recruitment team to address hiring needs in various regions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-6 years of recruitment experience, with a mix of agency and in-house roles preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with HR and business leaders.
- Experience in data-driven recruitment and working in diverse environments.
