Regional Brand & Insights Manager

The Regional Brand & Insights Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the region, driving key business goals and KPIs. You will independently manage research studies to inform marketing campaigns and monitor campaign performance, making necessary adjustments and reporting findings to senior management.
You should possess strong analytical and planning skills, along with excellent communication and relationship management abilities, in Brand Management / Integrated Marketing Communication scope of work. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the region to achieve key business goals and KPIs
- Independently manage research & insights study to inform and sharpen marketing campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, make adjustments as needed, and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end campaign project management, including strategy development, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Manage agency relationships and roster selection for advertising and marketing projects.
- Demonstrated ability to report concise project goals and outcomes to a C suite audience
- Work closely with team leaders to build brand marketing capabilities in the region

Qualification:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing or related field from reputable institution
- Minimum 8 years of relevant brand marketing / integrated marketing communication experience
- Well versed in using data analytics tools e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Sprinklr, with MS Applications
- Fluent in English and at least one regional language (eg. Korean, Chinese) for cross-region business communications
