- Provide prompt engineering support to sales team in Singapore and other regions in APAC and the surrounding areas on products and solutions to meet customers’ specific needs.
- Engineering support includes the product selection and proposal to customers with product life calculation if needed; Respond to various questions from customers; Failure cause analysis and write the report in cooperation with the investigation organization if needed.
- Make and execute engineering strategy.
Manage project activities following the strategies by ASEAN & Oceania Business Unit.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of bearings, ball screws and linear guides will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
