Responsibilities:
· Actively develop and expand our PV inverter & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) opportunities
· To conduct sales presentations to introduce and update solar PV & BESS solutions to customers
· To establish and build close customer relationship and to understand and track project pipelines;
· Analyze the situation and development opportunities of the Solar Inverter and BESS eco-system
· Identify and develop business opportunities for PV Inverters & BESS in the targeted segments
· Research and support pricing and product definition
· Define customer needs and construct product requirements in accordance with your market research
· Support marketing actions and act as an ambassador of the team
Requirements:
· Engineering degree, preferably from electrical or solar photovoltaic (PV) or BESS related major;
· At least 3-5 years of experience in the Solar industry or BESS industry
· Excellent understanding of the sales, business development and account management processes
· Good electrical, as well as technical knowledge of Solar Inverters
· Good communication skills of cross-functions and intercultural organization
· Good organization, planning, analytical and presentation skills
· Strong self-initiative and ability to independently, as well as in a team
· Result driven and commitment to deliver quality
· Preferred candidates have solar project experience, worked in EPC, inverter manufacturer company or BESS manufacturer company before
