ICT Executive Service
Contract Period: January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- Service Not Required: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The ICT Executive will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Device Management:Manage school-owned ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department.
- Technical Support:Provide technical and application support for users during school hours.
- Device Maintenance:Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair devices as required.
- Tracking and Inventory Management:Maintain a tracking list for loan and return of devices using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet.
Manage ICT and Audio-Visual (AV) inventory in the school.
- Logistics and Setup:Deliver and set up ICT devices/resources in designated areas.
Assist and supervise ICT vendors during service or goods delivery.
- Administrative Support:Process related paperwork (e.g., Loan Forms, ICT Request Forms) and perform related administrative tasks.
Support and report to the Head of Department (HOD) ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager, and ICT Associate.
- Collaboration and Training:Work in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DEs) deployed in the school.
Assist with audio, projector, and notebook setups during school programs and events.
Support audio and video production when necessary, including using video editing software or applications.
Conduct ICT baseline skills training (Microsoft applications and Google applications) and other ICT-related workshops for students.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in an IT-related field.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
- At least one year of experience conducting enrichment workshops or equivalent activities in schools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience as an ICT Executive or in an equivalent role in a school setting.
- Troubleshooting knowledge of ICT devices.
- Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) setup in a school environment.
- Experience in audio, video, and production for school events.
- Ability to use video editing software and applications.
- Registered under MOE’s Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0).
