About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Officer to join our team at CMK ASIA (PTE.) LTD. in the Bedok East Region. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring efficient client management.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer inquiries, maintaining client records, and generating sales reports
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of sales contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and client events
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline administrative tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer database
What we're looking for
- With or without experience in a sales administrative or client support role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
