Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 30 Nov 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
- Service not required on: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Admin Assistant cum Receptionist will be responsible for the following duties:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attend to general office front-desk duties.
- Handle telephone calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Receive incoming mails and goods deliveries; arrange outgoing mails for posting.
- Maintain, update, and compile data as needed.
- Attend to and assist unwell students.
- Provide logistical support by taking photos/videos and assisting with admin tasks for school programs, events, or resource preparation.
- Assist in other general admin duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A diploma or GCE ‘O’ level qualification or higher.
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates conversant in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A pleasant disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service.
