Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Ensure projects are well executed within budget, on schedule, safely and with good quality.
- Generate engineering drawings and calculate bill of materials.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations and tenders.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing.
- Lead and train the project & QS team, setting targets and KPIs to complete projects.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related engineering disciplines with 5 years’ experience or O level with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and market dynamics.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
