Order Fulfillment Management & Admin Specialist

The Group You’ll Be A Part Of

This position will be part of the Business Operations team, based in Singapore, providing order fulfillment support to account team, as well as office general administrative support.


What You’ll Do


Order Fulfillment

  • Responsible for order fulfillment activities
  • Provide Slotting and Configuration support including submitting slot/configuration change CTL, NSR follow up, SAP quote update, POA review
  • Generate weekly BSR, BOBJ, outstanding PO, weekly meeting and ACU reports
  • Provide necessary support to complete tool shipment including resolution of shipping document issues
  • Support quarter end closure, ensure that all documentation is accounted for revenue recognition
  • Provide SAP/NSR training to AT as required
  • Responsible for key related KPIs (ILT Changes, Configuration Accuracy, SRD stability)


Office General Administration Support

  • Handling general correspondence, including phone enquires and postal mail
  • Manage office cleaning contracts and janitors’ day to day work schedules
  • Manage and procurement of office supplies, cleanroom supplies, pantry supplies, customer year end gifts and ensuring equipment are properly maintained
  • Employees support such as business cards, name plates and corporate telco subscriptions enquires
  • Support the business operations director during QxR cycles on GA OpEx forecast
  • Any other task assign by the immediate supervisor


Who We’re Looking For

  • Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Business administration or similar discipline
  • 5 years’ relevant experience in order fulfillment, relevant to semiconductor field
  • Familiar to Lam products and experiences is a plus
  • Experience in office administration and contractor management is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Familiar with SAP experience is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal relations skill
  • Independent and can multi-task
  • Meticulous with good organizing skill
