Responsibilities:
· Mainly in-charge of Southeast Asia sales
· Establish and maintain long-term business partnership with key customers through proactive communication with customers.
· Develop an effective sales strategy to achieve sales target.
· Prepare and analyze sales performance tools, including reports, trend analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
· Record daily activities in CRM customer system. Communicate by Wecom, OA, Email.
· Input and manage orders by ERP system with help of sales assistance based in HQ factory.
· Manage a team of sales executives.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Studies/Sales & Marketing/Management or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Microsoft Office Applications (well versed in Excel and Powerpoint)
- Passion for selling coffee, non-dairy creamer and related products
- Willing to travel for meeting, training, sharing, team building, etc.
