Role : Sales Specialist - Banking Solutions

Location : Singapore

Our global client is a leading provider of innovative AI solutions for the banking industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking industry, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our banking solutions to financial institutions and SMEs in Singapore.
  • Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with decision-makers and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the AI banking solutions sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI or technology solutions to financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore banking market.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
