Job descriptions

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Emails (writing, distribution, follow-up)
  • Analyse service reports with technicians and prepare quotations.
  • Maintain a centralized filing system
  • Administrative issue resolution
  • Procure spare parts and component.
  • Offer administrative support and assist the team.
  • Co-ordination work between suppliers, clients and internal teams.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level or ITE qualification.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Good team player with positive work attitude and pleasant personality
