- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Analyse service reports with technicians and prepare quotations.
- Maintain a centralized filing system
- Administrative issue resolution
- Procure spare parts and component.
- Offer administrative support and assist the team.
- Co-ordination work between suppliers, clients and internal teams.
Job requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level or ITE qualification.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Good team player with positive work attitude and pleasant personality
