Responsibilities: -
- Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a high level of service quality
- Taking of customers' orders
- Coordination and arranging with customers for deliveries
- Quotations / invoices for customer requests
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements: -
- No experience welcome to apply, training will be provided
- Basic computer skills is still required (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Candidate with some administrative experience will be added advantages
- 5.5 days work
