Admin Assistant

Responsibilities: -

  • Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high level of service quality
  • Taking of customers' orders
  • Coordination and arranging with customers for deliveries
  • Quotations / invoices for customer requests
  • Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements: -

  • No experience welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • Basic computer skills is still required (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Candidate with some administrative experience will be added advantages
  • 5.5 days work
